Terms and Conditions – w567 Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and w567 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the w567 website at w567.vin, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all use of the w567 platform including sports betting, casino games, slot games, fish shooting games and all other products and features available on the platform now or added in the future.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. If you already have an account and disagree with an update to these Terms, you should close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the updated terms take effect.

To register and use w567 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. w567 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be an individual person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth or contact information — is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of w567 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• Your use of the platform must comply with all laws applicable to you personally in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether using an online gaming platform is lawful for you. w567 does not provide legal advice on this matter.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on w567. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or by mistake — are not permitted. If you accidentally create a second account, contact support immediately to have it merged or closed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. w567 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and change your password.

Account information — including your registered name, date of birth and CNIC number — cannot be changed after verification is complete. If you believe there is an error in your verified details, contact support with supporting documentation.

• Use a strong, unique password for your w567 account.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number up to date so that account recovery is possible if needed.

w567 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse or any other breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, any balance in the account may be forfeited.

All deposits on w567 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers from major Pakistani banks, and debit or credit cards.

Deposits must come from a payment source that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account on your behalf — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the amount will be returned and the relevant transaction flagged for review.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your w567 balance promptly after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• w567 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank if you are unsure.

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the payment method you used to deposit, or to a verified payment account in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete account verification. This requires uploading a clear copy of your valid CNIC. Verification is a one-time process and is required to protect both the player and the platform against fraud and identity misuse.

• Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are prioritised and processed faster than unverified account requests.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the Withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the method chosen. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. The status of your wagering requirements is visible in your account dashboard.
• w567 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawal requests. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the player's part.

All bets placed on w567 — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other market — are subject to the specific rules for that market as displayed at the time of placing the bet, as well as these general Terms.

Bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Check all bet details — selection, stake amount in PKR and odds — carefully before confirming.

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and locked in at that point. Live in-play odds change continuously; the odds accepted at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a void market — for example a cricket match abandoned due to weather or other circumstances — bets on that market will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.
• w567 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a technical error, a data feed error or human error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and are displayed before bet confirmation. w567 may also apply individual account betting limits in cases where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements and restrictions attached to that specific bonus. See the Bonuses section for more detail.

w567 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet promotions and other incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and expiry dates — which are stated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and form part of your account balance subject to the wagering requirements attached to them.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The required rollover amount and progress towards completion are visible in your account dashboard.
• Each promotion is limited to one per player, one per household address and one per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• w567 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel a promotion at any time. If a bonus has already been credited to your account, the original terms at the time of crediting apply.
• Attempting to abuse bonus structures — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bets that cancel each other out across markets, or any similar exploit — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account reviewed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on w567. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of the violation:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or play if you are under 18, or allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately credited and used for betting. This constitutes fraud and will be pursued accordingly.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate bet outcomes, share information to gain an unfair advantage, or engage in any form of match fixing.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, software tools or any automated means to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of technical errors, incorrect odds, software bugs or platform malfunctions. Any winnings resulting from a known technical error may be voided.
• Money laundering: Using w567 as a vehicle to process, transfer or conceal funds obtained through illegal activity.

w567 collects and processes personal data — including your name, date of birth, CNIC number, contact details and transaction history — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and payment processing.

Your personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa and banking partners strictly for the purpose of processing your transactions. It may also be shared with identity verification services as required for CNIC verification.

• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data w567 holds about you.
• You may request correction of inaccurate personal data by contacting support.
• Account closure does not automatically result in the immediate deletion of all data. Certain records are retained for fraud prevention and compliance purposes for a defined period after account closure.

w567 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

w567 is not liable for:

• Loss of potential winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues on your end, or platform downtime during an active bet.
• Bets placed in error by the player — including wrong selections, wrong stake amounts or bets placed on the wrong market.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to keep your login credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard. Limit reductions apply immediately; limit increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
